I own a 2006 Scion TC. The back latch on the hatch-back broke off. I took my car over to have an estimate on the part that needed to be fixed. Within 24 hours they had ordered the part and were ready to repair my car. The repair took less than 20 min. I was able to wait in the lobby while the latch was replaced. Everyone was really nice–great customer service. I will definitely use Pit Stop Repair again.


My young son had an accident in New Orleans on New Year’s Eve. The car was not drivable. Being far from home (Little Rock, AR), we didn’t know where to turn to get the car repaired. God sent the Pit Stop Body Shop to my attention. I know He did, because Jenny is an absolute angel! The car being a 1996 Ford Probe did not make it easy to find parts, but they miraculously did and the car was fixed in a week! Looks like new and the price was very reasonable. Thank you, thank you, thank you Pit Stop Body Shop! I would highly recommend them to anyone, even if you’re not from New Orleans and just passing through.


Just a quick thanks for the terrific detail job on my 2007 Hyundai Azera last week. I took the car into the Hyundai dealership to sell it on Saturday. They were stunned at the overall condition and presentation of the vehicle. After thoroughly looking it over, they offered me $1500 more than they offered over the phone just a week earlier! The detail job certainly paid off! Thanks again.


I have been to Pit Stop several times now, and they are my go-to place when I need my car detailed. It looks brand new when it’s done, and they take my husband’s post-gym locker room smell out of it somehow, which I really appreciate. They also give me a ride to work and they come pick me up when the car is finished, which makes it super convenient and easy. I will continue to use them in the future!


It is with tears of joy that I write this review. After losing my husband in a bike accident, someone put his 2006 Dodge SRT8 to flames. The car was totaled and set for nearly a year as I searched for someone to restore it because I could not part with it. I was told over and over again I was wasting my time and should get rid of the car. The Pit Stop was my last resort and Ruel was a Godsend. Knowing it would be a challenge but he couldn’t tell me no and accepted the challenge. Professionalism is a understatement i received a level of personalized service unmatched by any other. TJ and David meticulously brought a piece of my husband back to me. They put forth pain seeking hours of work into my car as if they knew my husband personally. I could go on and on but please know that I am forever grateful to the Pit Stop team especially Ruel.
